Holiday pay is paid to you once you have worked 1,150 billable hours as long as there has not been a BIS of 63 days or longer. You must be on an active, full-time assignment when the holiday occurs to receive holiday pay. Holiday pay is calculated as follows: 20% of hours worked during the holiday week at current pay rate. For example, if you work 34 hours the week of Christmas, you will get paid 6.8 hours of holiday pay at your current pay rate. Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
You are eligible to receive bonus pay for every 1,500 hours billed as long as there has not been a BIS of 63 days or longer. A BIS of 63 days or longer resets your hours to zero and restarts the clock on your bonus pay measurement period.
Bonus pay is equivalent to the average number of hours worked weekly (up to 40 hours) during the measurement period and is paid at your current pay rate.
For each individual you refer, who we successfully place on a contract or permanent basis with one of our clients, we offer a referral bonus to you once they have completed one month of employment. Bonus amounts vary. Please speak with one of our service team members for additional details.
