THE CHALLENGE

A private equity-owned manufacturer was facing an acquisition, business consolidation, ERP implementation and 100% turnover, just 2 months away from a “go live” date of February 1. Given the critical situation, the CFO needed a partner who could shape the strategy, be hands-on and deliver results.
