THE CHALLENGE

A $488M commercial real estate company on the Inc. 5000 fast growing company list quickly scaled and needed some time-saving changes. Data entry became a growing area of contingency, wasting their agents’ valuable sales time. They needed a way to quickly modify their ERP system, by adding an in house application called Lease Flow. This involved implementing user requirements and testing simultaneously, followed by comprehensive training of all leasing agents.

THE APPROACH

Vernovis provided a dynamic business analyst, who was able to exceptionally execute both of the company’s objectives. He efficiently gathered the functionalities the leasing agents required of the application and seamlessly communicated them to the application team. The business analyst then switched roles and became the lead trainer for the rollout of the new application.
