Overview

Six years ago, a $250M National Commercial Real Estate Company came to Vernovis with a temporary staffing need.  Since then, the client has benefited from the flexible model and various offerings provided by Vernovis. They have utilized Vernovis’ staff augmentation, contract-to-hire,  CISO advisory, IT infrastructure operations, and transformation project leadership and execution solutions to grow their business to $550M. Year 1 – Year 3

The company was scaling from a small to a mid-sized business and hired their first CIO.  Vernovis fulfilled multiple placements via staff augmentation and contract-to-hire to provide the flexibility they needed as their business evolved.  As the business grew, their needs became more sophisticated, and they leaned on Vernovis Consulting & Advisory Solutions to help advise their IT infrastructure and cybersecurity transformation and guide their internal resources.  Vernovis’ impact was threefold; 1) providing advisory to their leadership team, 2) driving their projects forward with Vernovis’ SMEs, 3) providing capacity via staff augmentation throughout the relationship.

With a new CIO in place, Vernovis continues to be a key partner in helping identify the right talent via staff augmentation, contract-to-hire and direct placements.   In addition, the client continues to benefit from  Vernovis’ Fractional Experts to provide IT infrastructure operations guidance and support, as well as Cybersecurity Advisory Solutions on an ongoing basis.
