Vernovis Announces A New Equity Partner
Cincinnati, OH: Vernovis has recently named Ryan Gilley as a new equity partner of Vernovis. He joins the two legacy equity partners, Jason Skidmore, CEO and President, and Bryan Kaiser, Chief Business Development Officer. Ryan Gilley has been promoted from his active role as Vice President to Chief Operating Officer.
Gilley joined Vernovis in March of 2020 and has made an incredible impact leading and expanding its portfolio of talent solutions. Under Gilley’s leadership, revenue accelerated by 193%, headcount increased 71%, and 6 individuals were promoted to take on increasing leadership responsibility. Much of this growth has come from launching Vernovis’ Strategic Sales and Strategic Fulfillment Center offerings to tackle high-volume talent needs for Vernovis’ clients. Ryan also revamped their Executive Search and Permanent Placement offerings, which provides a white glove, confidential service for even the most sensitive and challenging roles by utilizing their C-Suite network and talent pool.
Prior to joining Vernovis, Gilley spent 13 years with the largest privately held staffing company in North America. While there, he held a role with the organization’s National Strategic Sales team to manage the largest national accounts throughout North America as well as oversee the operational fulfillment and strategy of the 220 North American offices. By excelling in roles in Sales, Operations, and Leadership, Gilley was a consistent top performer throughout his entire tenure.
